Krystal graduated with a bachelors degree in dental hygiene in May of 2023 at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and started working with Dr. Halihan in August of 2023. She loves the family feel of the whole office and felt very welcomed right from the start. For Krystal, it is important to get to know her patients as well as educate them on the importance of oral hygiene, every little improvement makes a big difference. When she is not cleaning teeth, she enjoys being active, spending time with friends and family, reading and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Amy is known for her meticulous attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to explain procedures clearly, ensuring patients feel informed and at ease. Recently, she has taken on the new role of leading training initiatives within the office, a testament to her expertise and leadership. Recognized as a top performer in her field, Amy is committed to mentoring and supporting her colleagues, ensuring the entire team delivers exceptional care.

Outside of the office, Amy enjoys antiquing, crafting  and vacationing at Disney World. She cherishes every moment spent with her daughter, Everleigh, and her husband, Jason. Amy’s passion for her work, combined with her dedication to her family and hobbies, makes her an inspiring and integral part of the Halihan Family Dentistry team.
